Terms of Use

Career Studio is a product of Saanvi Nexus Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62099OD2024PTC046236) with its registered office at Flat No. 301, 3rd Floor, Mahodadhi Realcon, Hansapal, Andilo, Khordha, Odisha 752101, India ("Saanvi Nexus", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you use the Career Studio website, web app and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. They include our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Transparency notice and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Career StudioCopy link to this section

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Career Studio is for your own job search and career development. Please do not share your login, and do not use your account to provide paid services to other people (for example, writing resumes for clients) unless we agree in writing.

3. What Career Studio does, and what it does notCopy link to this section

Career Studio brings together seven connected tools: AI Resume Builder, ATS Resume Scanner, Job Search and Job Match Scanner, LinkedIn Optimiser, Interview Preparation, Application Tracker and AI Career Coach. Saanvi AI connects what the tools learn about your profile, experience, skills and goals so that each step can build on the last.

Career Studio is not an employer, recruitment agency or employment agency, and it is not a party to any employment contract between you and an employer. We provide software and guidance only. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes or employment, and a high score or match percentage is not a promise of any result.

4. Your accountCopy link to this section

You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your login details secure. Please give accurate, current information and tell us promptly at hello@careerstudio.io if you think someone else has used your account. We may ask you to verify your identity.

5. Your contentCopy link to this section

You keep ownership of the resumes, profile details, notes and other content you add to Career Studio ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, process and analyse Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, including generating AI guidance and outputs for you. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, apart from copies kept for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell Your Content, and we do not make your resume public. [We do not use Your Content to train AI models. Confirm before launch and keep this consistent with the AI Transparency notice.]

You confirm that you have the right to add Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. Please do not add other people's personal data unless you have a good reason and the right to do so.

6. AI generated guidanceCopy link to this section

Suggestions, scores, rewrites, matches, interview feedback and recommendations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are guidance only. They are not professional, career, legal or financial advice.

You are responsible for checking anything before you rely on it or send it to an employer. Please do not use the Service to overstate or invent your qualifications, experience or achievements. You decide what to include in your applications. Our AI Transparency notice explains more.

7. Plans, prices and paymentCopy link to this section

Career Studio has a free Starter plan and two paid plans. Smart Career costs €12 per month or €113.76 per year. Career Pro+ costs €21 per month or €176.40 per year. The features of each plan are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, GST and other taxes. Any taxes are shown before you pay.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for the plan and billing period you select. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. If a payment fails we may try again and, if it still fails, move your account to the Starter plan or pause paid features.

8. Cancellation and refundsCopy link to this section

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel, what happens to your access, and when you can get a refund, including the right you may have to cancel within 14 days if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

9. Your consumer rightsCopy link to this section

If you use Career Studio as a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not take away. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Acceptable useCopy link to this section

When you use Career Studio you agree not to:

• give false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else;
• add unlawful, hateful, abusive or infringing content;
• scrape, copy or collect data from the Service by automated means, or use bots or scripts to access it;
• bypass usage limits, security features or paywalls;
• reverse engineer, copy or interfere with the software or its operation;
• use the Service to harass, mislead or spam employers, recruiters or other people;
• resell or share access to your account or to Career Studio content such as templates;
• present AI generated guidance to others as a guarantee of any result.

11. Job listings and other third partiesCopy link to this section

Job listings, employer information and links to other websites come from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or hiring decisions, and a listing is not an endorsement. Please do your own checks before you apply, share personal data or accept an offer. We will never ask you to pay money to get a job through Career Studio.

12. Our intellectual propertyCopy link to this section

Career Studio, including its software, design, text, graphics, CV templates, brand and logo, belongs to Saanvi Nexus or our licensors. We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service, and to use our CV templates for your own resumes, while your account is active. All other rights are reserved.

13. FeedbackCopy link to this section

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without owing you anything. This does not give us any rights over Your Content.

14. Availability and changesCopy link to this section

We work to keep Career Studio available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve, change, suspend or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.

15. Suspension and ending your accountCopy link to this section

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. When your account closes your access ends, and we handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes.

16. DisclaimersCopy link to this section

To the extent the law allows, the Service and its guidance are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise that they will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular goals.

17. Limits on our liabilityCopy link to this section

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, job, income or profit, including loss arising from your reliance on AI generated guidance or from hiring decisions made by employers. Our total liability to you for claims connected with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

18. Changes to these TermsCopy link to this section

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your plan.

19. Governing law and disputesCopy link to this section

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha have non exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at hello@careerstudio.io so we can try to put things right.

20. GeneralCopy link to this section

These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, and we will tell you if that happens. We may give you notices by email or in the Service. These Terms are written in English.
